Timot Ltda. and Timot USA use the best materials and quality procedures to produce the best products. We warrant our products against manufacturers defects, color fading or color bleeding under normal use for 10 (Ten) years from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is the date that the credit card used to make the purchase is charged. The hardware on our leather products is governed by a 3 (three) year warranty. Hardware is defined as any non-leather, non-thread, or non-textile element of the product; items such as zippers, buttons, snaps, etc. NORMAL USE is defined as wearing the products while riding a motorcycle in good weather or wearing our fashion products in good weather and keeping the product from experienceing undue and excessive stresses. It also includes the proper care of the product as prescribed on the label of the product. Further, the products should be kept in a place away from excessive dampness or humidity, away from chemicals or odorous chemicals, and away from fire or exceedingly high temperatures. They should be hung on a proper hanger when not being used. If the products become soiled they should be cleaned by a professional as soon as possible. We do not warrant our products against marks, scratches, perforations, scrapes, knife punctures/cuts, aftermarket attached patches, or scuffs as a result of a motorcycle accident, fight, or forceful contact with other objects.

We maintain a fair and responsible return policy. We will give a full refund for any Timot product if the customer requests a refund in writing through fax or email. The request must be made and received by Timot within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase. Exchanges may be made up to 14 (fourteen) days after the date of purchase, customers are required to pay the return shipping in the case of an exchange. Timot will pay the shipping for the replacement product under the same process as the initial purchase. The date of purchase is the day that the product is shipped from Timot. Be sure to leave all packaging and tags on the product for without these a repackaging fee may be charged. The customer will pay the the return shipping to Timot. Shipping charges will be refunded in addition to the original charges if Timot decides that the return meets all refund requirements. A product may not be returned if it has been used for any amount of time. It is up to the customer to choose the proper size and color that they want at the time of purchase. All individual riders must recognize the potential hazards and should have familiarity with the sport of motorcycle riding when making the decision to assume the responsibility and risks associated with it.When riding a motorcycle always wear eye protection, a helmet, protective clothing, proper boots and gloves. Never drink alcohol or take drugs (legal or illegal) before riding, do not use public highways as a race track, do not stunt ride, attain proper instruction from a licensed and recognized school, always inspect your motorcycle before riding, and read your owners manual before riding.
